Networking – Stop Doing list

We perform a “Stop Doing” exercise, to help highlight what you can do to identify the tasks to let go of and which processes can be improved.

A Stop Doing List is just that – A list of things that you need to stop doing because the tasks are no longer relevant or beneficial to you.

These time stealing tasks aren’t always obvious.

So we went through a “Stop Doing” exercise, to help highlight what you can do to identify the tasks to let go of and which processes can be improved.
