Murray Bridge News is an independent local news service in South Australia's Murraylands, established by journalist Peri Strathearn in 2020. We publish stories about what’s happening locally in a weekly email newsletter, on a website and via digital signage in the community. We’re all about: - Creating community by sharing local stories - Empowering local people to engage with community groups, events and opportunities - Being positive about our region and its future - Being local: collaborating with and advocating for local people, and being present in the community - Guaranteeing a local news service that is ethical, accessible and sustainable As a family-owned business, the decisions which guide us are made in Murray Bridge, not Adelaide or Sydney; and 100 per cent of our profits remain in the community.
